Non-place
A1 inkjet print, 594 x 841mm, 2015

A photographic typology exploring the non-places we unknowingly encounter everyday. We are increasingly in transit through non-places. These spaces lurk at the edge of activity. Non-places hold next to no personality, identity or history. We pass through spaces, transitional places and locations but they are never our intended destination. We perceive the location, however only partially and perhaps incoherently.

This piece is a representation of reality, however a reality that we struggle to acknowledge.
